Shipping/Returns

UPDATED 3/13/20: FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $20.20 THROUGHOUT THIS SPRING

If your package is particularly light-weight, we will give you a partial shipping refund. Conversely, if your package weighs over 20 pounds and/or needs an oversized box and is being shipped far, we may contact you regarding a surcharge.

We take online orders from the 48 contiguous states only. If you live in Hawaii or Alaska please call us at 207-865-1040 and we will be happy to take your order over the phone.

(The yellow zone includes: ME, NH, VT, MA, CT, RI, and NJ.)

Lost in Transit, Damaged Goods, and Returns

For lost or damaged packages, please notify us within 24 hours so that a claim can be made. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen goods nor for damage caused by the weather, such as melting or freezing.

Be sure to let us know ASAP if there is a problem with any of your goods or if you plan to be returning something. You may exchange merchandise within 30 days of date of purchase. Food products cannot be returned under any circumstances.
