We ship by UPS. Please note that UPS does not accept P.O. Box addresses and has a Rural Area Delivery Surcharge.

If your order needs to be shipped in multiple boxes, is unusually heavy or oversized, you will incur an additional charge. If the additional charge is less than $5, we will add this to your order total; if it is over $5, we will contact you for authorization.

Lost in Transit or Damages

Please call UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS immediately and notify Bridgham and Cook, Ltd within 24 hours so that a claim can be made.  Refused package or return shipping charges will be charged to your account.

We are not responsible for damage caused by the weather, such as melting or freezing.

UPS has a full tracking service.

Returns

Please let us know ASAP if there is a problem or if you will be returning an item.

We welcome exchanges for merchandise within 30 days of date of purchase with receipt.

Items must have all tags attached and have not been worn. Food is non-returnable.
